Am I the only one that would move it 2 holes back and call it good? I see guys running 41.5 feet back all day in CA. 6 inches over 40 feet ain't much.
Don't take my advice though. That's just what I'd do.

And got back in scale. 1400 too heavy tandems. They gave me phone numbers for takeout, load rearrangement, etc. I didn't have time for all that and neither did my dm. He said make it happen. I called every number on the list offering a pallet of free lumber and we opened the freaking doors. I scaled, left, and played stupid at consignee since the dude loaded me too heavy any way.Lepton1 and Toomanybikes Thank this. -

The thing is for the first time ever I see a 40 foot mark on one of our trailers. Kind of hard to slip that one through. Going through Banning of course. I've been getting green lights on EZ Pass lately there but all it takes is once.
I've already messaged dispatch. I'm sure they would love it if I ran it as is. If I got a ticket, Safety would say, "You shouldn't have ran it like that."
I'm not into paying expensive tickets. The company has cost me enough money this month (sitting in Canada for almost four days to get unloaded because of a holiday weekend).
