Yea it sucks for us that there are no regulations on a lot of things, I guess ill just have to pull my pants down and bend over on this one lol darn!!

I'd say that Saturday delivery is better than a Sunday delivery.
Unless, of course, a Thursday pickup and a Saturday delivery cannot legally be done given the miles and HOS restrictions. If that's the case, then the broker has some explaining to do. You cannot be held to account if you don't deliver a load on a schedule that cannot be done legally. -
Saturday deliver was what we agreed but the rate he sent me was for sunday I told him but he said we'll correct that later but nothing I have our agreement by email when he said delivery will be Saturday at 6am -
The load was from tx to Atlanta ga so it was legally able to be deliver on Saturday with a Thursday pick up
