I am not a windshield bug removal expert, nor do I play one on T.V.

I have had to on occasion, do just that.

when I do have to remove bugs from my windshield,
I use Mean Green. A few sprays on the windshield, allow to soak for a minute, then scrub as usual.

I think you can clearly see the advantages of a clean windshield, and not having to work so hard

Hey, if ya gonna drive a truck, ya gotta know a lot of stuff!:D

I don't much care for his dress code. But other than that.....I've never seen any Reacher movies, but read a lot of the books.

Man I couldn't agree more! Read every book that Lee child sure knows how to spin a fun yarn. But literary jack reacher? 6'4", 250 lbs. movie jack reacher? 5'1", 85 lbs. it just don't WORK. I see reacher played more by a guy like Mickey rourke or somethin. Surely not the dork from risky bidness.

Yep. My honeymoon with my first wife we drove by that lake during some kind of hatch aka orgy in the air with a few billion of my closest friends. Stopped twice and went through an entire bottle of Windex and two rolls of paper towels.

Lunch/shower break at a Sinclair with a good.restaurant that I like to stop at. Problem is that now I want to take a nap. Can't do though, gotta make miles happen.

    More later...

So I find myself at an odd little truck stop. Has a waterfall. Name of the town is Eden. Not sure but I'm either in Idaho or Utah...

Ahem, yeah I'm back here (somewhere I hear Scooter snickering) after running myself down to 31 minutes on my clock. The 422 miles out of Oregon sucks...417 of it is on a 2 lane and I think it's tougher going out than coming in.

Stopped for fuel at the Loves in Ontario...you know they outta knock that place down and start all over. Tomorrow is going to be tough at the start but once I clear Elk Mountain I'm going to start really clicking off the miles. I had planned to stop in Walcott to buy a new cb but then I realized I'd be there Sunday and they aren't going to be open. Anyone know of a good cb shops between Eden and Minneapolis. Going 84 to 80 to 235 to 35 to 494 to 94...whew.

Hope y'all had a good day.

I don't even have a cb in my truck, by choice of course.

Looks like Eden is your home away from home ;-)
