Broke Down 69...The Adventure Continues

It is a dump. Unfortunately I blew a brake chamber about two miles from here, and at the rate it was losing air if I wanted to go any further I would have needed to cage the brake and find a way to pinch off that line. Had I known this was going to happen, I might have just done that and gotten out of this area, but it wasn't supposed to take this long, and I didn't want to risk getting pulled in for an inspection with a caged brake. Oh, and my hours were almost out in the middle of all this traffic anyway.

So here I sit.

 

Huh... sunny and 45 in Fort Hood.

 

Hmm, 68 and excessively sunny here in Edinburg. Gonna be rolling your way in about 20 min.

 

HA! You got that right........The fuel desk looks like the bar scene from Star Wars.........

 

Armed guards there to protect the employees from the drivers. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about the place....

 

That big breakfast should give you extra traction too.
