This is a good lesson for all you guys in school or considering it. Once you complete school and get your CDL, keep it!! I had mine 10yrs ago and then family issues made me come off the road, and when it came time to renew it I let it expire cuz I had a good job that didn't require a cdl. Well fast forward 10 yrs and the company I was with moving to Mexico, and I had to go back thru school etc to get the cdl again. Once you get it, keep it you never know what life's going to bring you and if you have a cdl you will always have a job.
