Plan your own route..you dont have to go the way of the navigo...ic's can choose their own route and more times than not can choose a shorter route if they choose to.

Schneider keeps a diary on all drivers.

You can bet every ICA/ICR knows who the problem drivers are. Their bonus depends on it.

You can also bet every chance Schneider can justify not putting better freight on the load board they will ie.....ic's are late so we have to keep ic's from hauling it.

I'm not saying IC's aren't late but so are company drivers, how many have posted on here about impossible dispatch.

Point being it took 1 video from a driver who heard from a driver why the good freight wasn't on the board and immediately drivers on TTR start blaming IC's without a moments hesitation.

Again I'm not saying IC's aren't late or even to blame, but come on after all that's happened with choice over last couple years and the manipulation that Schneider has done we really just accept any excuse they peddle us.

No wonder they treat us as they do.

I think a lot of that has to do with the ICA/ICR you are assigned to also when it comes to pulling loads. My team has been very accommodating when I ask to have a load pulled due to misinformation or changes to the load after booking. Just on Wednesday I had 3 loads booked out through Thursday, the first having an open appointment pickup from 0830-1530. I received a message at 0800 that the load now would not be ready until 1600, wasting my day and making the next two loads impossible to make on time. I called in and had everything cleared without a problem.

It's their excuse for hiding the good loads from us.
Blame it on drivers being late... okay why not terminate those problem drivers

Lol. They had better get back to paying driver-recruiters. Sni threads have become a dumpster fire and they watch em. Soon enough it will be like it was before I started here. Walk up to a IC to ask a few questions and hope for honest answers and the next thing you know he whips out a business card with his name and driver info on it. Luckily these guys are easy to spot. They don't move much freight, park in the very front rows of major truck stops and try to look busy. Pretty good gig. Pays better than most of this garbage and certainly burns less fuel.

It truly is amazing how any good load disappears in .000001 seconds.
I wonder how many people are there are refreshing the load board every millisecond

Wonder not I've talked to more drivers who either admit to booking when they shouldn't or using the program to auto pick freight.

They do terminate some if it is a habitual problem. They also keep a extensive file on every driver which makes punishing every one silly. Hasn't been that long ago they were encouraging driver's to rat on each other for not sweeping out trailers. Smh. Just a bunch of silly messages. They are going to take away what they want too anyway. But your right. No need to blame it on something they have complete control over.

I thought SNI stopped that auto picker program. I myself have had my wonders about it. I had a load confirm & it took my 6 seconds to book it. It was gone. Sure, someone could've already been on the page waiting I guess.
