On a European Paccar engine you get four warning levels, the first three can be resolved passively by making a long trip, the filter will clean itself. Sometimes it is an active regeneration process, and extra fuel is injected to clean the filter. The fourth warning level is more serious, and you will need a dealer to correct the problem.
Between each warning level are about 10 engine hours.
Is this different from NA? -

Fault CAN BUS 2 = humidity sensor or EGR valve. The CAN aka computer has 4 things running on the same 2 lines. I replaced the EGR valve first, with no result. Replaced humidity sensor, shut the truck the h*** up. Maybe a little late for you guys but that was my fix. 2013 kenworth t660 Paccar engine.

I have similar trouble
2012 pacarr MX13
After many parts were thrown at it by dealership. I replaced the main wire harness.
It solved many of the issues that just kept coming back even after parts replaced.
I too agree and will never buy another Paccar product. Truck or engine. Their total lack of support for their faulty products have cost me literally $80,000 in maintenance in just 2 years.
Paccar has killed my business. I'll repeat myself again here. I'll NEVER BUY ANOTHER PACCAR PRODUCT. NEITHER TRUCK NOR ENGINE. -
Belials Thanks this.
