It seems like any time I've dealt with a relay at fairless hills it's always one problem or another. One time I show up and the driver didn't even pick it up yet in New England. Next time the driver dropped an OOS trailer with 3 bad tires. That's the time I flipped out on after hours dispatch. I called in and told them I'm not taking this load and that they needed to send out roadside to repair the trailer. That's when the guy TOLD ME "you're taking that trailer to wingfoot to get the tires replaced". I told him nope, I'm tired and I'm going to sleep, and when I wake up I'm not moving the trailer an inch.

Canton OH. Well, I was at the pilot here last night. Now I'm getting unloaded. A bit annoyed with schneider this week. Last week, I managed well over 3500 miles. This week? Less than 2500. Considering that I stay out for three weeks and go home, this was the second week. A full one. And I had full hours. Oh well. Let's see what this one brings, but I've only got 4 days till I get home, so that's that.

Shreveport petro. Got a delicious porkchop. Boudine sausage and a pork rib.......$11.24
They charged me $4 for the 4 bite porkchop, $4 for the sausage. If I hadnt been so sick of hotdogs, oatmeal, canned soup, dante Moore dinners, I would have thrown it across the store.
Well not really, bit I felt tough saying it.
Got chased out of a porta potty by a wasp. He landed right on my hand, darn near landing..........'there' .
I swatted at him 600 times, figuring that, by default, I would hit him simply bevause the odds were that in 600 swats, theres no way I coupd miss all 600.
But the Universe said nay nay!
All I did was enrage him amd this time he did go for.......'there'. I vacate the premises and stumble out swinging and swatting like a buffoon, belt undone, fly down, shirt halfway untucked.
Stupid construction workers laughed at me.
Almost left them a pee-bomb.

It's a true coal fired Steam engine (#70) that takes a trip thru the park.
We rode it and my wife took the picture you see. -
I am sitting in West Memphis Arkansas because my 1500-1600 appt was incorrect. The place closed at 14:30 so now I am expected to sit here and deliver in the morning, this is absolute BS and I am contemplating deadheading to turn my truck in after I deliver.
-
well, no need to dead head, you're at a facility......park it and grab a bus. Or, choice, 'B', suck it up and drive on like the rest of us did.....jus sayin.
It sucks to be sure, and if you're lucky you'll get some money out of it. But, at the end of the day, it's just truckin' the Schneider way. Sorry sissy.........
