Sorry, thought this thread was more about flatbed. But with van that rate will kill you when you consider outbound. Reefer at this time of year might be able to do better. Flatbed? I have no idea what the load board looks like from Tampa, but there's no way I will be anywhere in that vacinity, so it is a mute point for me.

If you know they do it, then you are equally to blame and equally as much of a scab as they are.

The more you post, the more I despise you as a person. Your moral fortitude is that of a rat.

Cheap is not always value. If all you have to sell is a rock bottom price then you really have nothing to offer.

I only book florida loads with florida carriers who need to get home and use my lane as sort of a backhaul. I use to do vermont to florida year round with about 10 guys year round and they were happy with 1.80 out of vermont. They got to go home but when produce was booming they would get 2.50 getting out. they udnerstood

After reading his comments, I know he does not care.

Filling his quota at any means necessary is where his priorities are. Unfortunately, there are no checks and balances in place for what he does. Despicable.

i didnt but I think 2.40 out of Kentucky is fair. Market dictates rates. The drivers take them
