When I was a trainer I never allowed my student to sleep on top bunk with truck In motion hell.. I drove nights mostly due to company policy and would often have to take a nap halfway through my shift as I am not a nocturnal guy. I would climb up on the top bunk
.. I had a policy on the truck... If there is something I do you don't like or understand TELL me... I will either change it or explain the reason we/I do it that way.
Need some opinions on my trainer

Trainer will drag you outside pound pound pound until you bleed. Maybe more bleeding until you quit hollaring. That is known as workplace violence.
You two will end up in Safety being talked to like a couple of 8 year olds and really simple questions, why are you posting online about this and not talking to our Staff about this problems?
I have a taste for a touch of drama and maybe a little showboat. So bear with me here. -

I got to tell you that this isn't a trainer, he is supposed to be a mentor.
When you are in the drivers seat, you are in charge. He isn't.
I would have opened the windows.
I would have told him to keep his person comments to himself.
I would not request but demand another mentor.
I would have photographed his driving with his phone and sent it to safety and others in the company then told him to stop the truck at the next truck stop and get the **** out of it.
I would have told him I don't want him to pick up his brother, he doesn't work for the company and reported that too.
the only issue with equipment is the wipers, the other stuff is not going to stop the truck, however when I would be in the drivers seat, I would have called the company and told them the truck is in need of repairs, screw him.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
