Does this slime driver also park at the front door for up to 30 minutes and maybe stink up the bathroom ? Lol

800-321-4552 is the main switchboard number for the terminal in Springfield, the corporate hq. I would think safety would be the department to talk to, but the operator might be able to direct you to the right department.

As a Prime driver, I apologize for this. Most of us aren't like that, and we need to weed out the bad few.

 

Don't you have a GoPro or some type of camera to film the guy? Film him and send a copy to Prime.

 

He needs to be eliminated. Not shot but Prime would need to get told so they can reroute him away from you and your establishment as a minimum or eliminate him from the work force. Trying to return items without reciepts to me is a form of fraud. So there is that.

These forums are not the best place for immediate help, but you can talk to Prime HQ and go from there. Drivers who are bad, crude and overall louts risk being banned by yourself from your establishment. It is your business and you have the right to trespass anyone at your choice any time. That would be another way of doing it.

Im sorry you got a messy on your hands with this lout, makes me sick. But hopefully messy will be taken out to the trash and forgotten in time.
