Yes. I didn't get the placards. And in bill isn't list as hazmat. But they give me extra envelopes with docs. And in it is this info about hazmat loud.

Nothing. Sometimes DOT officers don't know the regs too well and might ask you why you aren't placarded, tell them it's not a reportable quantity so it doesn't require placards.
If a load doesn't require placards, then it doesn't require a hazmat endorsement on your license either. -
They sure are hazmat depending on the weight and what type of battery.
