all belts, hoses, check the brake cans I wouldn't replace them unless there is a problem after just two years though. check the air bags for cracks and dry rot. cheange all the fluids, and I mean ALL. get a bottle of soapy water and go to town checking for air leaks

the 15 is good. if it is a deep reduction 15 that splits the bottom end instead of the top end then it's excellent for logging.

two years isn't too long. I'd just change the fuel filter and fill the filter with fresh fuel and crank her. someone else may disagree with me but that's how opinions go.

i'm alright, going back n the road with a new co this week so we'll see if I can still say that in a few weeks

Cool the containers are booming here in ATL but all of my logging buddies are down good 3500 4000k a week.....I might have one pulling containers and trhe other one in the woods.

SPECS 3406 CAT 425 Manual 15 speed been sitting two years needs everything.......also if you have locations of discounted parts places that would help as well.

    Thanks

Lot of space between the back of that cab and the fifth-wheel...
Is there a traditional day-cab you can pick up in the area? That gap is gonna kill your fuel economy if you start pulling containers with it.

It may be worth restoring if the price is right, but you will have to consider that gap as a long-term cost of purchase, but I think you can do well with it.

What's the asking price, if you don't mind my asking?
