I've got a 2006 Peterbilt 379 and the blower motor switch failed. It seems the only way to get a new one is buy the entire control module from anywhere from 600-700 dollars.

The only blower motor control switches I can find are the style that are in the older petes. They have a metal back with a pigtail harness coming off of it and 6 wire.

I've attached pictures of what mine looks like. Does anyone know where to buy these switches or even who manufactures the control unit for Peterbilt so I can contact them and see if they have a replacement switch.

I can't stand the thought of paying 600+ For the whole HVAC control module for a 10 dollar switch.

I've found the entire HVAC control panel. And the cheapest I've found it is 400 used.

As for searching for the blower switch my biggest problem is I don't know who manufactures it. So besides the term blower motor switch I really don't know what to be looking for

Can't tell if that's a part number on the front or not. But, if you can find one on it, Google it.

Would also verify that the blower resistor isn't the problem. I don't have a Pete, but I've replaced the one on my 9200 twice in 3 years. $25 for a new one for mine. Not sure what your symptoms are or how you determined your switch to be bad. Just throwing it out there. You may KNOW the switch is bad.

    BUMBACLADWAR Thanks this.

There is a number stamped on the front. PA66GF33. I've searched this but it comes up as ford related. Nothing Peterbilt or correct blower switch.

Here's a picture of the inside of the blower switch. It's definitely the switch and not the resistor.

Try napa# HS321 for switch and #EC70 for pigtail that direct plugs in. It is for a Sterling/Ford setup, but I think that you could mount it properly and it could work.

No breakdown on Ecat, they want to sell you the whole control panel, part # Q21-6000-001 (Old # Q21-6012).

But is does have in the description, "Modine 3X010963", so the manufacturer is Modine. That might help in your search.
