They are part of KAG / Transport Service / Enterprise..... part of one of the largest (7+companies I believe) tanking conglomerates in the US. I am an owner operator for transport service out of Michigan. So I can not really give my opinion about how Klemm is handled. Check into all of the subsidiaries and that should give you a better idea. I assume that you are from Wisconsin ?

When I first started three years ago I hired on as an employee to do city work. That was not too bad. Then I got bumped to do dedicated slip seat work back-and-forth to Ohio that was not bad either. It was not bad as long as you could stay under your terminals dispatch and stay out of their central dispatching systemMisfittrucker Thanks this. -
If you have the time I highly recommend hanging out at the yard and catching drivers as they come and go and asking them what they think. Understandably you will have the whiners and complainers and then you'll have the people that are in love with the company somewhere in the middle you will find the truth

I've heard good and back about transport service. I'm on the verge of leaving my company and there's a TS terminal next door to my current terminal (joliet, IL), how is it for O/O's? I don't want to run otr, I want regional with a mix of local.
