    What an amazing coincidence. Not.

100-mile, 3.50/mile load that will get me where I need to be to be able to get home Friday night. Cancelled. This is twice in a row this has happened. The dollar-something loads never cancel....I #### near called the customer to verify it, but didn't. Sick of the BS. I may bail out in June. Screw them.

I doubt they pulled you of that load to give to a company driver. A good load maybe, but bit some 350 dollar cheap as dirt load.

Could've been to get a company hand home. Either way, there are too many instances of this crap taking place.

Bottom line is I don't trust them enough for them to tell me their trailers are orange.

Seems like an awful lot to do to avoid dhing a guy 100 miles. If it was a good load id say it was likely or at least possible, but for a crap load? Just seems like it's more effort than a pos 350 $ load is worth.

But hey what do i know? im just a spoiled part time flat bed guy that won't cross the street for under 500.

    You forget METRICS .

If he runs that 100 miles load he can get within XXX miles of home. The dbl can dead head under a certain radius without being penalized.

Good Friday ... had decent paying load running me over the weekend. Broker called yesterday afternoon , shipper pushed it to Tuesday. Spent all day on the phone with the broker, looking for a replacement. Shippers started shutting down this morning and we're pushing loads out all day
