That's a really good rate. Almost unheard of anymore.

Per driver. It's a good situation. Most teams run out of larger terminals, but OD will domicile a good team at almost any terminal.

I feel pretty good about my gig.
    100K a year.
Home every night except about 4 layovers a month.
Today is holiday pay...14 hrs at 74.00 per and 2 at 53.00.
I know there are good paying jobs out there!

I'm hoping that once the kids are out of the house I can talk my wife into getting her license and we'll go team. Pay off the mortgage and start bankrolling a retirement that includes lots of fishing and a luxury RV.

    Dharok and TequilaSunrise Thank this.

So you're telling me you can make 72cpm each? Being paid as a team for each mile the truck runs? 6k miles in a week that's $4320. That can't be the case.. 225k a year each driver?

Divide the $4320 by 2 would be more like it I'm assuming.

That would be nice, wouldn't it? Don't overthink it though. It's not a split, so total miles to the truck don't matter. If driver one logs 3200 mi. and driver 2 2800 mi., they get paid those miles respectively.
