Good. That's out 5 days, 34 at the house on the weekend, by the house for a few hours Wednesday about noonish.
I made the same with another guy on 80% of load. $100 week trailer, almost twice as much for insurance, but was out 3 to 6 weeks at a time, but only about 2500 paid miles. But like I say, out for 3 to 6 weeks at a time, as compared to weekends off.
And my boss now pays all miles, I do his local now, but he pays all D/H. He deadhead me from Houston once, full rate.
Spend maybe 10 minutes a week at terminal, drop weeks worth of logs & BOLs.
Everything in Phoenix is D/H.
No QC. Ungoverned truck.
My local company truck is ungoverned lol.

If you get forklift certified, can you grab an EIN and lump your own stuff and pay yourself??
All you need is a receipt book and a business card. An accountant too so you can keep your taxes down.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
