Throw in extra words such as "ENTER", phrases "OK TO BYPASS", "TRUCK MUST WEIGH", "TRUCK EXIT TO SCALE", and you have now surpassed the education level of 75% of the employed steering wheel holders at mega trucking inc.
And now once they have violated the posted ramp speed, which is always a cardinal sin at any coup, we have to choose a lane. Well OMFG. There is a green arrow pointing to this one, and a red X over that one. Stop call DM.
All this hinges on they are actually looking at what's going on in front of them of course.

I am getting clarification from green bay. I know todd on Facebook said to follow prepass, but the email we received said the opposite.
-
If they're running the scales with prepass having DriveWyze isn't going to change that just so you know
-
No #### but try to tell that to sni. But drivewyze does hold your hand and tell u what to do.. And sni is banking on it.
-
lol, the latest pumpkin annoyance. not surprised. Sounds like there is some sort of transponder that is wired to the qualcomm, or is it all done over data? I never left my screen on, so I would have to remind myself to turn it on when coming up to a scale.
I feel you man! Although the tracking thing did prove itself useful to find where guys were hiding good empties in the loaded container lot...AM14 Thanks this. -
From what I understand is Drivewyze (####ing tech names) is both cheaper and covers more weighstations than prepass. It's also expanding rapidly, when was the last time you saw prepass added to a wieghstation?
Drivewyze is endorsed by the ATA. I believe Lofgren sits on ATA's board.
Personally I'd rather use prepass. I hate looking down at the screen, and it always seems to disappear just as I look down.
I'm also under the impression that prepass has been turned off in most trucks except California and some dedicated accounts. -
But then the Open sign is green, which means stop and the Closed sign is red, which means go.
And flashing yellow lights mean stop. Unless you're in LA where no lights mean stop, and flashing mean go.Dave_in_AZ and gentleroger Thank this. -
My new P.O.S. Scrapcadia has a BestPass in place of the old Pre/EZPass, it beeped at a few scales and then went stealth. Hey SNI, I never wanted to go to the NorthEast, so your #### well paying for the GWB and the whole PA Pike
