"Hand" is trucker slang for "driver."
USA Truck recently hired a driver with a recent rollover. Pretty decent dry van outfit.
Best to do online applications before any phone calls though. Then call and say, "I'm checking on my job application." Many companies are bending their own hiring criteria these days that's listed on the websites.
    USA Truck
    Carolina Logistics
    Western Express
    TransAm
    Carolina Cargo
    Balkan Express
North American Midway Entertainment - hauling carnival equipment out of Miami,FL
Some drivers in your situation have success on Craigslist. Make dozens of phone calls and leave dozens of phone messages.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Make no mistake, there is always a report filed.
Before the officer gets out of the car he has already reported an incident via radio.
That will require the officer to submit a written report of what happened.

You showed gross negligence with the roll over. That will not be easy to overcome.
"It was pretty windy" could mean unsafe conditions to drive.
A tire blowing out could mean that you didn't do a proper pre-trip inspection.

I'm not saying that you were grossly negligent in anything that you did. A tire can blow out when something enters it, and pretty windy can mean 45 mph gusts when you are heavy - and we all drive in those conditions.
But the insurance companies and lawyers take a different view. With them, if anything bad happens it is our fault.

I really hope you can find something to keep you driving.

We are a very small.company, had 4 trucks...lost one in texas close.to houston....was doing the speed limit...and the right steer tire blew and there was no coming out of it....no other vehicles were involved...he didn't reciever any ticket and the officer deemed it a mechanical failure.. which helped the driver....he walked away...but the truck, trailer and load did not...

Those companies should be good for Louisiana.
In Florida, for Florida residents, Florida Beauty Express hired a Tampa driver that rolled a truck.
