Jeff left because of the CMS, otherwise he said he would of stayed.

 

I'm leaving for my own authority in a month or so, but I still think the Choice program is a solid program to lease on to. Is there BS? Absolutely, but tell me what company doesn't have it. I made really good money here, but getting my own numbers was always my end game and I'm ready for that. If I fell flat on my face running independent would I come back? Probably.

 

I think the direction this company is headed is the problem...

 

The other crap their doing is they have hired a company to look through the records and see who drives after dark..because according to them driving after dark causes fatigue and thats not good...this is what my ica said...maybe thats why all these new drivers are solar powered...these moron co's don't want night time driving...

 

That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.

Not you posting it, but that Schneider would think that.

I put myself on a night schedule whenever I can. A lot safer without so many idiots on the road and my time is used more efficiently.

I swear the bureaucracy at this company is insane.

 

I'm usually fatigued driving a day shift as nocturnal person I'm more alert at night.
I get a huge second wind once the sun goes down.

 

I wonder how many dedicated accounts they will drop then if not allowing night. I ran several of loads not ready till 1600-1700 and delivered the next morning. Also will they stop running teams then as well

 

Good luck man. You certainly have the right attitude and sometimes I think that's half the battle. Something tells me you will succeed.

 

Yep..couldn't agree more...they have idiots in upper mgt...they are on their way of ruining what was a good co.....
