    We also only keep our trucks a maximum of 5 years or 500,000 miles. And replace sooner when we see fit

    Im really starting to wonder with the rates dropping so bad ?if controlling a area and route with a smaller truck and making a hub in the middle,while leaving the crap cars sitting ,is going to be the way to survive going foward.im scratching my head on this,in the past you did it with one truck by yourself worked 2 weeks a month and cleared 120 k per year

    Nice ,when i was younger i had a medium construction company with employess and shutdown during 07 depression,i liked this because i could make realy good money without the stress of business,but im wondering if ill survive in this market with that attitude,time will tell,
