You won't have a problem getting escrow.

Yup. I'll be taking the headlights out this weekend. My new run schedule will be 8 am-11 am. Too much sun might make my eyes hurt. Not to mention all the ugly people ill have to see in the daytime. If it's foggy, and I can't check out my reflection in the tanker in front of me, I'll shut down. Drizzling, hell no that's too dangerous with all those water droplets on my mirrors. Overcast? Fugghettabout it. The gloomy weather might make me sad and unpredictable behind the wheel. When does Schneider start issuing big vinyl decals like Prime does? Might as well give me some cute flowers to look at while I'm sitting around waiting for the sun to come up so I can start my day.

Devoting resources to actual problems just makes too much sense huh? Hey Schneider if you're so worried about driver fatigue how bout working on your travel agents that completely turn our schedules upside down week to week. Starting Sunday at 1 am and by the end of the week, not even shutting down until after midnight causes far more fatigue and inefficiency than a capable/competent driver simply running nights.

 

Based on all this night driving fatigue that's being brought up here I'm starting to think that the higher ups at Schneider were the nitwits that lobbied Washington to put in that dumbas s 1-5am restart rule regulation that thankfully was reversed.

 

Why did they keep the escrow money?

 

$5k remarketing fee is a start......

 

Because instead of one week of expenses they decided to take two weeks. They didn't keep all of it, though.

 

That has nothing to do with the escrow.

 

If Sfi puts a charge against your Sni settlement and you have no revenue, they will deduct the negative settlement balance from escrow when it pays out.

 

I never had a problem with escrow. When I got deployed to Afghanistan. I turned in my Qualcomm. Got my paperwork worked signed. In a weeks time I got my escrow. Every driver has 1k in escrow, just in case they don't turn Qualcomm in.
