No doubt it does. I was there for 16 hours only left the truck twice and once was to fuel. At least this time their little rent a cop didn't try to fight me.

Said to heck with being nice anymore and flat out asked them to describe to me how I could drive 550 miles to a tankwash, wash a polymer load, reload down the road from the tankwash, drive 550 more miles and fit in 10 hour break in 30 hours legally.
Their response,"well 20 hours at 55mph is 1100 miles and you can wash the tank on you 10 hour break. There, 30 hours, easy peasy"

Me,".........so just forget about logging pretrips, fueling, 2 half hour breaks, and actually reloading the tank huh? Gotcha"

    Them ,"Point taken"

I pounded the steering wheel for 3 hours, I was so furious. I wanted to stay here a year since I bounced back and forth between SNI and Thatcher chemical 2 times each from 2013 to 2015. But Im going to warm up the resume this weekend.
