Ok......since you gotta know the full details of why i said this company sucks.... i will tell you why i quit. It wasn't my lack of knowing how to handle my business or even drive a truck! It was Because JCT had a crappy selection of used trucks! The truck i got stuck with spent more time in the shop than it did on the road, I wasn't making any money but oweing money! One little problem that truck had and nobody could seem to fix it.... not even the JCT shop!! Their was one guy in their shop who always said he knew what the problem was....... REaLLY!!! Then why am i still having the same problem over & over i said!! He didn't know jack #### but kept taking my maintenance money and never fixing the problem! I called and left numerous voicemails to the lease dept lady..... not one call back! All i wanted was to switch to another truck perferably newer but their lack of unprofessionalism is the reason i turn my truck back in and quit! I'm not gonna keep going on a worthless junk and lose money. Maybe if they had better equipment, i would have stayed. So there you wanted to know, now you know! JCT takes advantage of their drivers by giving them crappy trucks and stealing their maintenance account money!

That is a stupid idea if all your stuff is in your original truck! You gotta roll around this country with nothing but your bag of clothes!! Maybe if they would have fixed the #### problem from the get go.... I wouldn't be needing a rental truck!! Things have changed now that every driver has a new truck so it is easy to defend this company..... it wasn't like that back then.

Let me tell you about my 1st truck. Now THAT was a piece of crap. It had 687,000 miles on it when I got it.
No matter how I drove it, I couldn't get better than 5.5 MPG. It averaged around 5.1 MPG.
I couldn't stay out of a shop, be it JCT's shop or one out on the road.
The 90 days I had that truck, I was easily in the shop 20+ times.
I didn't whine, I didn't quit, I didn't give up. What I did do, however, was MANAGE MY BUSINESS, MANAGE MY FINANCES,
Fast forward almost 8 years later and I'm still here, still making money, still debt-free (just like I was when I 1st came here), still take a ridiculous amount of time off.
So tell me again how it's JCT's fault you failed?????

Who ever said i failed?? I was talking about the lack of unprofessionalism that JCT had showed me! The shop stole my account money and never fixed the problem on my truck, the lease lady never returned my calls when i left her 20+ Voicemails, their equipment were just garbage! i guess you just couldn't understand my 2nd comment when i mention all that.... of course you must not be that smart anyways to understand anybody's comment. I'm not here to put JCT down, i'm only telling the truth about the company!!
