Is there anyone who'll hire me with three accidents on my record that are a year old?

Even the most cautious driver on the planet has some minor screwups starting out. Werner pays 30 cents a mile and it sounds like you gave them the exact level of performance they paid for. Job well done IMHO... and good on you for showing those cheap bastar... I mean honest, hardworking brokers exactly what 30 CPM buys them.

Now seriously, no one cares... Werner would put BS on your DAC anyways. Other companies who pay more know that. All most care about now is MVR... DAC is broken. I know you feel bad, its ok to feel bad. If anything, you now know the purpose of GOAL. Beyond that, you are running crappy overweight freight east into docks that are set up retarded to begin with. Most of us were new at one time or another and very thankful not to do that anymore. At least you did it by accident... I can recall a few times... well, moral of the story: Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Enough said.

The ultimate question you need to ask yourself is?

Knowing what you know and your driving history, would you hire yourself?

    I'm betting that you wouldn't.

Trucking isn't for everyone and close quarters backing is something that takes time to learn, mostly from doing it repeatedly in real world situations, but not at the equipment or property damage expense or injury or loss of life either.

If you do get hired by another company, you need to G.O.A.L. each and every time, and don't trust when a spotter is guiding you because your accidents/incidents were totally preventable.

There's been times where even with a spotter I've gotten out and looked.

If you're SERIOUS about wanting to stay in this business, then you need to learn patience, and learn to check and double check things.
Try a local company, maybe drive a dump, or a box truck making deliveries.

Yes you can call K&B transportation but you will have to work there for 18 months for those accidents to be over look by other companies, when you call be truthful, and be willing to work hard and accept all the BS. The same happened to me at werner but little bit different I wish you the best of luck. Hey it don't matter where you at get out and look (goal) its for your own good don t trust a non cdl Persons not even a cop always look

I love the Kmart doing well reference.

I say this. There was a Kmart that had a walmart built, a class B store which means about half the footage of a super center across the street. Kmart showed endurance but you could see the shelf space between products get wide and wider as the years progressed which is a marketing tactic to show many items in a given volume much like dealerships who spread cars apart to fill a lot when they are heavily in debt and unable to acquire inventory.
