One accicident is bad enough but three back to back and recent, honestly I don't see any company hiring you for a long time to come.
Is there anyone who'll hire me with three accidents on my record that are a year old?

In reading through your posts, there is always someone else at fault.. it is your managers fault where you parked your truck, it is the non CDL driving store clerks who made you back too close against your judgment and mess up the door, heck, you even throw your parents and sister under the bus because they told you to stick with it..
Yes, you clearly need to learn some things:
first, do not let store clerks who have never driven a tractor trailer and have no clue how they operate and maneuver spot you or guide you in backing... they were taught how to stock shelves and run a cash register not guide the delivery trucks in backing.
Second, G.O.A.L Get, Out, And Look walk all around your truck, look high and low and for anything and everything around your truck, do it for as long as you need and as many times as you need. Back up a bit, pull brakes and get out and look again, back up a bit more, and check again.. eventually you will get better and not need to get out and goal as much, but always do it as many times as you need to.
Thirdly, learn and gained knowledge and understanding of the roles, priorities and practices of the different roles in the industry... Your mama be told you to take the truck home, they have no clue where you live, house, apartment, the truck, they have no clue if it is possible or legal for a truck to be in the residential area where you live. Now, why didn't they tell you about the terminal or drop yard.. because it is better for them, if you can park the truck right outside your house, or live in the truck and park at a truck stop for your hometime. Because your manager knows, that if you park the trailer at the terminal it will get inspected, you know, those colored tags the guard gives you to put on your glad hands so the yard dog knows to pull the trailer in and have the trailer shop inspect it, and the trailer shop guys are far pickier than drivers. Your fleet manager know that if you park your trailer at the terminal while you are on hometime there is the very real possibility it will be in the shop for repairs when your hometime is up and now you don't have a trailer. He can not out right say that to you, to not park at the terminal, he can only tell you you need to park near you home.
Now, as far as telling your manager that you are struggling backing up and hitting things.. that is not who you need to tell that to. His job, his to have and keep the drivers on his board moving. Had you called the safety department and told them that, they would of had your manager send you to the terminal immediately. Your driver manager would not of been happy as he was now down a driver, but he has to do what the safety department tells him to do. When you got to the terminal one or more of the safety guys or girls would of worked with you on your backing, and you would not be aloud to go back out until the safety hold was lifted, meaning the safety department worked with you and tested your backing and felt you could reasonably back. They also may or may not have recommended you be put on a different account.
Now, here is the thing, especially with the dollar general and family dollar accounts. Some new drivers get on them and hate them, not all drivers hate those accounts, but I am only referring to the one who do. So, they get on the account and hate it, he don't like unloading in cold days, hot days, rainy days and some any day. They want off the account, but, when you get on an account you need to stay on it for a certain period of time, for some accounts it is 3 months, others it is 6 months, 9 months or whatever time for that account.
When you have a driver on one of those accounts who is saying they want off the account and also having incidents it could be they are a driver who needs more training or a smart driver who is deliberately having incidents so they will be taken off the account.
A smart driver is going to know, that the incidents that you had are not all that bad and probably won't get them fired.
Werner scavenges all trucks and trailers for parts. So, a trailer that suffered damage will have every usable part and piece taken from it. Werner didn't have to go buy another trailer door to replace the one you damaged, they took a reasonably good door from another damaged trailer. Same with trucks, they will take apart and use the parts of a truck that was in an accident as long as there were no deaths or serious injury in the accidents cause they have to keep those trucks exactly as they were recovered from the accident sight. At the Omaha terminal in the South East corner of the yard there is "The Grave Yard" trucks that have been in an accident where someone died. All other trucks and trailers get used for parts.
So, the cost for Werner to replace a trailer door, or repair a trailer damaged by a tree is very minimal compared to the cost of terminating and replacing a driver. Which is why many drivers and recruiters are astonished when a driver get fired from Werner... because it takes a lot.
Werner puts you on probation, and are probably trying to figure out if you are a driver in need of further training, in which they will provide either at the terminal or sending you out with a trainer.. or.. if you are a driver who wants off the account and willing to damage property to get your way. Both which, Werner has had plenty of experience in dealing with. -
You'd hit less #### if you slept more. Trust me on that one. I'm a much better driver now that I'm off graveyard shift.

I was going to comment and tell you to GOAL like everyone else said until I saw one of your posts and everything changed. I don't think your cut out for this work. The incidents and/or accidents and the innocent little tree are not important anymore.
If you wake up at 5:30 and your just going to bed (or deciding not to) at 4:30, it's only a matter of time before you kill someone.pattyj Thanks this. -
There is also the fact that not all incidents are equal.. there is a difference between damaging a trailer door and taking out a security gate
Dose damaging a trailer door impact the companies CSA?
Did the tree incident impact the companies CSA?
Companies expect trailer doors will get damaged, drivers will have brushes with shrubbery and tree limbs.
Now yes, the driver needs improvement, but you are claiming he is unhireabe because of those and as a recruiter and someone who screens out hireable drivers from unhireable driver.. this driver is hireable by a lot of companies..
He needs to learn to stop using the word accident and bring the word incident into his vocabulary.
He needs to just trash all the blaming others and just take accountability.
He needs to stop with the I need of this account temper tantrum, and get focused on what he need to do to get past all this.
He certainly needs more training.
But, even with all that, he is still very much hireable. -
lagbrosdetmi and FireLotus Thank this.

But, I did get my start in recruiting as an intern recruiter doing New Driver recruiting both as an inhouse recruiter and a third party recruiter until joining the firm I am currently with.
I have never tried to hide the fact that I am a recruiter, and I have also stated that I do not recruit drivers from this forum..
But yes, if the driver was to call me or apply to one of my driver job postings I would more than likely be able to get him on with one of the companies I recruit drivers for.
Also, it is the Trucking Company that hires drivers.... as a recruiter I do not hire drivers.... unless I needed a personal chauffeur to drive me around which I don't.
