Lol , I don't know all that.. but yea snbc pays up to 51.5 cpm for tanker drivers cause I know some making that much. Haven't heard of any getting any higher. I was just talking to a brand new driver, new cdl graduate that started with sni and he said they started him off at 41cpm and he gets 3 raises his first year, I think I heard its a total of 5 cpm so he can be at 46 at end of year. But the if u do per diem he started at 39cpm an he will be at 44 after 12 months. Not great but not bad for newbie's. Your company may be only 40cpm and you grossing less but location to your home from terminal counts for a good bit too, I can't drive truck home so I'm 2.5 hours away from where I park and I hate it. I can't remember ever making under 1200 gross for a weeks pay though, unless break down or something bad happened. Whe. I stay out 3 weeks at a time which I use to do my first week would be like 1350 to 1450 cause of starting on Monday thru Saturday pay timeline and second week always be above 1500, and 3rd week be like 1300 dollars cause I usually had wasted time getting that final load to take me home. I just can't stand being in that dang truck longer than 12 days now. The 11-12 days I'm doing now is perfect. It go's by quick it seems and it's only 1 weekend in truck. When I do 3 weeks out I was getting multiple resets sometimes or doing one whe. I wouldn't normally but I had to do I can get home on time at end of 3rd week. 11 or 12 days I never need a reset and still making good check. It's alittle close on day 8 but I always figure it out.

I know on their ads they say different cpm top pay for regional vs OTR, I tell everyone to go OTR and then run like me, 10-12 days out at a time, they will not throw short runs on you cause your otr driver so u make more money and you get home every other weekend for sure. Some drivers go regional to get home every weekend but end up accepting otr runs cause they say their checks not big enuff.. and location of home oc they post different top cpm pay.. why is this? Should it matter if u live in Houston or Keasby nj? I don't think the drivers should get payed any different
