i will keep you posted, also one thing is on the skins, the classic skin doesn't enable, routing is good as it normally is, setup is easy, the GUI seems a little cramped as compared to the 730, i.e. the Mileposts overlay on top of the bottom bar text, but its by no means a deal killer

i'm feeling good about this unit as opposed to the 730's i like the looks of it, plus the easier WIFI and updates are nice

 

ill send you a screenshot as soon as i can, just figured out how to do it, also went from Memphis to Birmingham, had one small issue when RM services stopped, but it seemed to recover, there was an OS update today as well which went smooth,

one thing is the magnet, going down us78 in memphis is grated extremely rough but the unit fell at least 8 times, im going to probably secure it with some double backed tape a bit better.

routing was as expected and worked well

 

Hey guys so short story I was at Walmart this morning taking care of some grocery shopping and went to my truck to start my day after having some breakfast. I turned my GPS on and noticed my profile was gone. Then I realised a few more things thru out the day. It all seemed pretty odd and a bit frustrating since I had everything set up the way I liked.
Im not sure exactly what had happened I think it must of been a software update.

Im hoping it was a glitch and not a update just cause I don't like when updates screw with your settings for you.

All day my GPS has been giving me warning popups . Curve warning, winding road , turn right turn left. It is very distracting. What in the name of jebus do I need popups for that block the roads and my direction for?

Now im hoping to get some help from you guys or some feedback. See if anyone has had this problem also and if there is a way to get rid of these warning popups?.
I was just fine with Samantha telling me about all the road conditions and warnings without the popups.

Im really on the verge of restoring the GPS to original settings and say screwing the update untill they fix what they screwed up with.

 

Ok I found the warnings guys sorry to bring my frustration in here. It gave me a headache all day thinking about it.

I am still curious if it was the update that deleted my profile/settings?

Is there a place I can read about all of the changes included in current, upcoming and previous updates?

This would be very useful. I find new updates to by buggy sometimes and better to wait then to automatically update.
