Try the one in Jacksonville where you have to back in off the street taking care not to hit the fences and when you get in the door your truck and trailer will not be straight. Gotta basically jack knife it into the door lol

When it comes to tough Boarshead backing, Scottsdale AZ comes to mind. o_O

John, do you think it's because you pull van? Ever thought about switching it up?
As for Schneider. Maybe I should hold off then. Do a refresher nearer home then look at other avenues. I thought about Freymiller since they pull reefer and have APUs. I know a lot of people say reefer is worse than van but probably less hassle backing into tight spots. You'd mostly deliver to those big food factories outside city limits correct?

Schneider want to send me to Dallas for a refresher then fly me to Phoenix for orientation. if I do their refresher I have to commit to three months otherwise pay back 1200. I am based near Portland OR. Which is why I wasn't sure about Abilene since that is way out there on the other side of the country.

I will probably get the "Go Swift or May Trucking" but they are just like Schneider and no APUs. May Trucking don't even do direct deposit.

I pull both van and reefer. I prefer reefer. It's what I spent most of my career pulling, produce out of Ca, Az going right into Hints Point. I want to pull nothing else. With 3.5 years left of this madness, I'll stick to what I'm doing. If you live in Or, I'm pretty sure they don't hire out there.
