It's nice to read stories of some cascadias going over 800k most people that I know have had to overhaul theires before 800k. Some even around 500k

I 100% agree. The DPF really does need to be serviced quite often, say 250K miles for optimum performance OR even more frequent if you run more city routes. A clogged or even partially clogged DPF can contribute quite a bit to excess fuel consumption/DEF consumption. I can even contest to the NOx sensors seem to get quite "lazy" after some time. All these little things can contribute to a "poor performing ATS" when in reality it seems to be alot of maintenance items.

I've noticed the delta P sensor pigtails get quite a bit of pin fretting. The sensor is located on the upper left of the engine and the harness kind of just hangs there in the wind. I was told the carbon soot on them is suppose to be "ok" but I find that hard to believe sometimes.

Can't speak for a cascadia, but this columbia(the prerunner to the cascadia) has 1.229 million and been practically trouble free since i bought it new.

Wtf. I only got 250k on mine. I deleted it at 200k. Last 50k have been trouble free. Before that it was hit and miss. She would act up out of nowhere and then run fine. I knew it was all emissions related...so I said #### the EPA. Anyways I can only say of I do reach 1 mil....it was worth it. I paid 40k for the truck. Currently got 85k in the bank. 1 year in business. If I get just 700k that's 4 more years at average 125k a year. I can put back 85k-115k a year. If that happens and I pray it does... Id be sitting on close to half a mil in cash. Dont believe it? Well #### your beliefs. Texas only baby, can you say interastate??? #### brokers, work with shippers. If you bearly making it after 2 years...GTFO and drive for Wal-Mart and make 120k a year. Don't be stupid and chase a dream that will only ever be a dream. I'm still here kuz I can back up the time and effort I've invested with big face hunnidz. Who cares is these POS motors go a million miles. Just make sure each 100k you put on the truck is putting at least 50k in the bank after taxes and overhead. If it's not....WTF you doing dawg??

566k on my 2013 Cummins powered cascadia and makes the same money a pete does .
6.7 to 7.3 mpg long term average.
No more rattles than anything else I've driven in the last 35 years .
I keep it polished and clean in and out and couldn't care less about looking cool .
Its a tool for making money and I like quite , room , comfort and good fuel mileage .
When its wore out I'll go get another one .
    A truck is a tool period .

Nitpicking a bit.. but shouldn't the Cascadia make more money than the Pete....Aero vs Conventional. Just sayin..
The Cool looking truck comes at a price in fuel expense but does much better at resale. Personal business preferences..

I presumed you meant a hood truck and not the Aero Pete.... ?
