Thanks for replying. Spending the night at the receiver in Arlington. Will head over to Poly around 0800. Hope the Google reviews about slow loading aren't the norm.

Well something different for a bit. Was offered a two stop load to southern Florida so decided to take it. Only been in that direction once in the last year during the hurricane. Works out well with my log book also. Should be sitting in Ft. Pierce Saturday afternoon for a reset before delivering in Stuart and Pompano Beach on Monday.

A smoky and the bandit run after I unload early Monday morning in Pompano Beach. A three day 2000+ mile extravaganza. Requested a load back to Vegas after that which would put me at 3300ish miles for 5 days and have me sitting at home with a beer in hand on Friday nightIf no load home guess I will just keep on rolling along for a bit.
Has anyone ever parked at the Tiki Hut truckstop off of US27 just west of Miami? Thinking of doing my reset there.
Sitting at 11 consecutive weeks at 3200+ miles with a couple of 4K+ mile weeks in there and what looks like another one coming up. Busting ### while the getting is good.Last edited: May 13, 2017

Got asked if I could 900 the load that was destined for Ft. Worth in order to take another run down to around Tampa. Said sure and strapped on the seat belt for another epic run. Depending on the BH going to be a real solid 4K+ 6 day outing before doing another reset on Sunday. -

Pretty productive weekSitting in San Antonio doing a reset. Hate to go home after a reset so will likely continue on for a while. Over 37K miles for this quarter with another 3 weeks to go. Boggles the mind to think folks leave here for greener pastures.

Pretty lackluster week miles wise due to a screw up by the broker but at least I was compensated for a day of layover time to make up for some of the extra down time which was nice. Also resulted in losing my Lebanon, OR run which really sucked but doesn't happen often so just had roll with the flow. Did manage to snag a good run up to Minnesota with about as good as could be expected OB load to Washington. Already called the customer in South Dakota to arrange my first drop tomorrow so should be able to get it off and continue on westward and likely do another reset in Post Falls, ID over the holiday if the customer is not open. Really going to try and reach 156,000 miles for the 52 weeks which will put me at averaging 3K miles a week with home time included which is pretty darn high faluting territoryGoing to have to really run hard over the next couple of weeks to make it but going to give it my best shot. Oh well about grill 30 time with some pork chops awaiting.

Where you at? I like pork chops. Saw a couple of those Poly trucks on my way to Denver from Seattle. One blew by me in the windin mountains. Just about scared me. Yelled to see if you was it, but no reply. Be safe. I'm resetting outside Denver deliver 08:00 Tuesday morning.

Haha, not me. Rolled across Montana yesterday and sitting in the J in Post Falls, ID doing laundry. How is the open road treating you again?
