Do we get them from Scott or Stacey?

Whoever happens to be in the office at the time, I guess. Stacey was handing them out when I was there.

Got mine from Stacy, didn't have that issue. Sheet they gave with it says bottom of the windshield but not in a wiper location which seems completely ignorant of common wiper configurations. Put mine at the top of the glass like the old one.

I've had my CDL since July 2015 so Magnum won't take me I think. Says on their website apply if just out of CDL school. Guess it wouldn't hurt to put in an app.

I appreciate that list of questions to ask. They never crossed my mind. Will call Werner and SNI tomorrow and ask them. Schneider have a terminal about 50 miles from where I live. Werner have none in the NW. Home time isn't an issue for me because I'm single, no kids. I still need to call Abilene in the morning to check on my application. I know with Schneider they say you can pull over if you think it's unsafe. Pay is probably going to be the same for both. Only difference is their training. Werner is practically two day orientation and team driving for 200 hours. Schneider is three weeks with one week OTR with a trainer who sits beside you.

Yeah, that was the conversation I had with Scott which exasperated him. :D

Abilene website says you need one year experience to work for Abilene. And yet, here I am.

Put in the app. Worst thing that can happen is they tell you "no", which doesn't leave you any worse off than you are right now.

I thought the same thing when I started, but believe me there's a big difference between "downtime in the back of a semi" and "downtime in your own bedroom".

He lives in Portland, which is out of our hiring area.

I have seen those monstrosities in other trucks and always thought that we were lucky to not have them.
