From talking to them and one of their drivers in Atlanta they pay .45/ mile van and .50/mile for Conestoga. The few trucks I have seen are newer, 1 or 2 yr old, KW or Pete's.
Loosing the mileage on dispatch is common B.S practice in driver pay. I don't know of anyone who actually pays door to door truck route miles.
My question remains, how can they uphold the claim of guaranteeing 3K miles a week, home on the weekend and only about 50% drop and hook on the van side? That doesn't add up.

Maybe call them and ask? Most likely they are on paper logs and will only guarantee you 3k miles if you run... well... a little north of "hot" if you know what I mean.

The HHG mile thing has been around forever but I've never heard of a company not paying the first 50 miles of a dispatch. That's bad and probably even worse than being paid by HHG. Some outfits pay hub or odometer miles now.

50 miles not paid if it takes more than 50 to get to your load, Otherwise if the load is 10miles away then you only dont get paid for those 10miles...On average you usually only lose about 60-70 miles per week so your numbers are off

Those pictures were taken right from the dealer lot when we went to go make the deal for our 60 new 2018 freightliners..

I stand corrected, then. I am a semi pro photographer in addition to driving trucks, and I know how easy it is to alter images in Photoshop. My apologies...

Okay, your explanation makes sense. I don't agree with it but it makes sense.
Maybe you could give us your reason for not paying your drivers or those first few miles. They're performing a service for you, at your direction. Why not compensate them for it?
Good drivers don't really cost you anything, good drivers make money for you.

I know first hand that they censor everything on thier FB page. When I mentioned that they don't pay the first 50 miles of deadhead, they deleted my comment and blocked me from thier page. They tell you to fill out the app on thier website yet the app is a quick app and doesn't require a 10 year work history like DOT mandates. When I asked for the full app they said don't worry about that, they will have you fill one out in orientation. After they approved my app they asked me to work for thier sister company instead, when I asked what the name of the company was they asked why does that matter, lmao. Also they claim you get weekends off and average 3000 miles a week. You are assigned a trailer, they don't have any drop n hook, it's all brokered freight. Good luck averaging 3000 miles a week with live load and unloads every day.

Don't believe a word of what this company schill is proclaiming, they are full of ####
