It's the Shell station at mm 216. Really nice people who run the place. Guys pump your fuel & DEF, free drinks and an old school driver cash back rewards offered .08 cash back after 1,000 gallons of fuel & DEF.
Price today was $2.29 w/puc for diesel and DEF is $2.59. So, after cash back $2.21 & 2.51 accordingly. Same price cash or card. I use my AMEX card there because I get 3X points on AMEX for fuel & they don't charge extra for credit. I don't fuel there exclusively because of IFTA consideration in CA & WA. But it's where I go when I fuel in Oregon.
No showers or fancy restaurant, but I don't care.

Zamzow has a shop over KC, MO. off 435. Might have been a less trouble getting into, not so much traffic problems.
Just a pointer here. Tractor supply, Big "R" and Orscheln do sell transport chain and binders. Both ratchet and lever. they also sell straps. Should you find yourself in need.
Orscheln and Big "R" also sell work clothes. Both have good sales on jeans a few times a year. Also good places to get things like muck boots, gloves, well a lot of things. you just have to go in and wander around for a bit and see what all they got.Airborne, 1951 ford, DDlighttruck and 2 others Thank this. -
36 is a good road. alot better than I70 if you can.
Also may want to stay away from 69/469 alot more construction than 70/75. maybe 10 or 15 miles more, but should be a tad quicker.Airborne, Al. Roper, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.
