How much trouble is this guy really in???

I kind of rule out the honest good citizen or he wouldn't have been holding / texting / talking on a hand held to begin with IMO. He knew he was busted or was gonna get busted.

I've yet to find either a headset or a Bluetooth that I'm comfortable with.

I bought a blue parrot ...it's works well and is overall comfortable but I wouldn't want to wear it all day .

I got the ones with the buds you put in your ears and they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I use them everywhere. I never hold my phone anymore, and don't even like to hold it, I use speaker or the earphones. I have that magnetic swivel ball for the phone for the truck. It will pull the grate out of the AC opening in a Cascadia, so I clamp it on the Diff lock. The Volvo grate will stay put lol.
