i work for passmore and this is one bad company to work for, you got to go by ther rules and if you dont you get wrote up and all there delivers are on a next day delvery no matter how far you have to drive and if you have an emergancy at home for get it they say they will find a swap but they dont, and there trucks are nice but they do not do triple figer. they do 75 but if yourun 75 for over an houer they will drop down to 68 if i was you i would find a different company to go work for because you would not be happy here and after the frist month will get miles and after that it will drop down to 1300 to 1600 miles a week

Guess those fancy petes got too exprensive. Man this is becoming a sad deal, seems like drivers have to worry if their company is gonna be around in the future, on top of all the other stresses out there. Their dropping like flys!!!!!!!!

It would seem as if they've been bought up by Prime.
Passmore trailers behind Prime trucks and Prime trailers behind Passmore trucks. -
I see a lot of their petes running through here on 259/79/64 and they are all rebadged as prime now. Still red letters, still nice trucks, just a dirty word on the side now lol.

I also worked for Passmore for about 4months and then about two months with Prime. I was asked to switch over to Paul Transportation for same miles and pay.Big mistake I should have stayed on with Prime. As far as not getting the miles,I drove 2500 miles just about every week, and I brought in a good paycheck. I had a young ,driver manager by the name of James and he did me right. While driving for Prime, I had different drivers talking about how our mileage pay was going drop and our benifits were going to be cut out completely. Well dummy me believed it. So I quit and jumped ship and went to Paul Transportation. When I got over to Paul it was alright for about two weeks loads were pretty good, then bamm, the super short loads came about. No money was to be made. And to top it off, they put me in a new pete alright, one with damage to the front where the prevouis driver run into the back of a trailer. They told me you wll get a different truck when you get back with this first load. This went on for more than a month. Truck was not replaced and never fixed. I caught hell, out on the road by CB,truck stops, fuel stops, etc. This got old real fast.Back to the loads. If and when I picked a load up from medicine Ks, never failed,I would have to sit and wait 4-7 hrs on trailer to be loaded with sheetrock. After about the third time , I said this is a bunch of bull----. Needless to say I gave up on them and quit. Now if anybody really wants to know about Prime,I would say they are a good company, and if you want to work and make money, they have the loads. Dont be like me and get upset because they send you the wrong way to deliver a load on Wednsday thats going to California instead of heading you back home. After making my way back from California. My Driver Manager had my usual load ready for me to pick up,which was paper rolls going to Gysum Colorado,For a Monday morning delivery. I advised my driver manager that I was quiting , he did everything he could to talk me into staying. But my mind was set already on quiting. This fellow Truck Drivers was my biggest mistake that I have made in my life. Now back to Prime,I am not a recruiter. But if I had the chance to do it again. I would definitly go back and drive for Prime if given the second chance!!
