    Is there a certain timeframe while idle at their hotels in which I can find ways out the contract? This next Sunday will mark 3 weeks they had me waiting for a trainer and it seems they're not efficient enough to find me a trainer. I'm running low on cash and rather not get pay advances in which I'll owe them just because they can't find a trainer for me.

    Oh and another question as it seems the people at the Burns harbor school don't know jack dirt about their company.

    What's their policy on taking trucks home? Their closest yard to me is Cherry hill which is 65 miles away from my home and I'm without a car at this moment.

    Your situation is very common place there. Several drivers on this forum were in the same situation and simply went to another company. One guy recently had waited 6 weeks for a trainer so he applied at another company and went right to work and didn't give a notice to CR England.
    Where is your location; your home state?
    If you have a truck, turn it in at a terminal, but take all your belongings out first.

    I wanted a non-smoker. I have minor asthma I don't need an inhaler but cigarette smoke agitates it to which I'll eventually need one.

    Yes, they all hire new cdl grads; every one of them.
    Here's another one that "sometimes" will hire a new cdl grad.
