MVR & Single car accident

    I would've, but I was starting to "rollover" as the car climbed climbed the barrier, so I was more focused on survival...by the time I landed, she was a white blur in the distance

    Understood, but even in that situation, I'll take the hit (no pun intended). I'll wait for the Karma Police to address that.

    well here is how it is for me, and my personal vehicle insurance..

    even IF i do not get a plate number, the mere fact that i'd have a police report? i get my car fixed, as i reported it...it would have been (for me) a legit police report, not insurance fraud.

    but then too, i'd have a wreck (single vehicle) on my MVR, but then, i'd have the police report in which many companies ask for such at application time, to show the details of any accidents.

    at the very least, this was what many companies USED to require if an accident was on the MVR.

    eventually, what she did, will indeed come back at her, i just hope and pray she kills no one.
