My former company reported NON preventable incidents for a total of 3 on my DAC. What were they for?
1. I picked up a damaged trailer at a drop lot and called in so I wouldn't get blamed for damage when the next guy picked it up.
2. Same as above
3. A trailer tire blowout damaged the mudflap which required repair. I of course had to report the damage.
Why are these being put on my DAC? They showed up on dac as nonreportable incidents, and my company claims I can call if I have any problems with employers, but really, I don't believe they should be there at all. That was all equipment damage which I either wasn't responsible for or wasn't even around when it occurred.
So much for doing the right thing..
jacked up DAC!!!!

watch out for USIS, they make mistakes on yer DAC then refuse to fix them, i had to actually get a court order to have mine fixed. they claimed i had an alias and lived in another state, neither one of wich was true.

Excellent information on this thread about DAC or should we say USIS! Concerning getting a report from them I am sure that you guys realize you can download a pdf file off their website to fill out and then mail to them requesting any and all information they have in their files about you right? I have recently done this because of some turn downs on employment (some x wife past issues. some of you may have "been there n dun that")!
Anyway great information and feedback about the sorry a.. USIS websiteFaber Thanks this. -
