We never blocked the conveyor up, always just threw a chain. But we were never given 2 people 2 load, we always had to self load. It just takes practice, you need to know when to shift the load balance via the cylinders. The first time I had to load one by myself, was at night so my visibility was limited. But if you know your trailer and study the dynamics of what you are moving, it is all math and physics.

This was our smaller 700, we had a 900 that I hauled on my regular truck at trailer. This pic was one of the rare days that I had to drive the lead driver's truck and trailer. I think our 900 weighed in the 98k range.

Actually with the 700's I think we would rest them on the neck but the 900's, meh, it all depends on set up but we never blocked the conveyor, just threw a 3/8 chain to prevent it from moving.

    Doesn't
looks like you don't need to block it when you load the conveyor on the front. Just rest it on the neck. I don't like it flopping around with no support while going down the road. That's how freight gets damaged. As for loading, I know it can be done with one person, but two will make it easier and faster.
