I'm glad he pass. So, he will be driving a International? Nice. I bet they are nice. I drive a 2003 Freightliner Classic XLT. The curve's on the highway are tricky even when you are driving a big truck. He doesn't like Freightliner?

He actually likes Freightliners a lot because that was the truck (with a sleeper) that he drove at his first 3 month job (it became like home to him LOL). He is with an LTL company now and they have a whole variety of trucks, no sleepers, all are daycabs. After the exploding tire incident he wound up with a Kenworth. I think he liked the International and Freightliner more than the Kenworth, not sure why exactly, it may have had to do with the shifting and/or how the controls work.

I think it's the size of the sleeping cab. Because my 2003 Freightliner Classic XLT is pretty big bed probably for a good size for a couple. Hey, more room for me☺. But I think that's why or the way how it rides. My truck drives pretty smoothly on the road including bumpy roads. Those are my 2 guess.
