hi im a new driver i drove for about three months then was fired because of three minor "incidents" im now having a hard time finding a new job because my company tells them i had three accidents, they arent on my dac nor on my mvr but pam is required to tell them, the accidents were i went over a curb and damaged grass, i did hit a fence with my tandems (first time night driving) and i had a customer insist i park in a mud hole, i attempted to refuse but they insisted that it was reinforced. i got stuck and had to have a tow. now no companies will hire me..any advice is really appreciated.

If there was no police report there is no "need" to tell. Its just their policy. Those are incidents. What i would do is tell people to pull your dac for proof they were minor incidents and not reportable. Beyond that, keep knocking, but for gods sake pay more attention from this point forward

I have learned my lesson I really will never allow anything to damper my career if I get this going again, I have tried to tell them to pull my dac but since pam tells them regardless it makes me nonhirable

    << flame suit on>>

Firstly, its NOT "your company"....its a former company.

Secondly, if it's not on DAC...dont tell a thing...if it ever shows up, just challenge it. Like a credit report, just challenge it.

    Thirdly, pay attention GAWD-ARM-IT

If they are caiming a mud hole tug is a accident.... if they really are black listing you, i would make out a form letter explaining all 3 incidents, be thorough. The reason being that number 1 and 3 wernt anything. And i mean that, anything. We all hump curbs when necessary, we all have chewed some green. The mud hole tug was beyond nothing. I would explain the one real accident, take responsibility for it, and tell them none were reported exc.. you may have a case to get some agency involved as blacklisting is illegal....

If they are exaggerating for the sole purpose of insuring you dont get another job? Yeah. My guess is they call pam, say is he rehirable? Pam says no. They ask why? Pam says 3 accidents. End of story. This is why i suggest a detailed description of the 3 incidents....
