Thanks so much Mr. Chris. All your info and insight was and is greatly appreciated. Those things done I take full responsibility for and I also always am open and upfront when speaking to any one. Not trying to hide something that I know is there. I am eligible for a twic card n 2 months. Life has been hard. And I never used drugs. I'm just looking for an opportunity to show my worth. I understand I'm a liability and I accept the position I am in. Just looking for an opportunity. If I felt I wasn't worthy of one I wouldn't even waste my time in the business.

Since you pled guilty, it's set in stone. It's going to be a number of years before you can get into trucking, Canada, seaports etc etc etc etc. Depending on amount of Offense committed, you can pretty much understand that Trucking is closed to you for a while. Find something else to get into with your life. You appear to have your freedom which many do not. Use it carefully.
Refer to your first thread. There is a post on page two left by someone who is a power in hiring and firing in his company, who explained to you very carefully, politely and NICELY what is what. Read that post carefully.
My Journey to becoming a Truck Driver -
One driver posted a PI&I Motor Express recruiter went to his cdl school and right up front told them if they come to work there to plan on getting the junk runs. The place is Teamsters and those drivers are out for blood.
I worked at a Teamster company one time and learned real quick to be a loner and don't say anything about anything. Anyone asked you a question; "Uhh...I don't know." "Uhh...that's the first I've heard of it....ask the union steward."
"Wanna have lunch?" "No, I already ate; going to take a nap." Lay in the bunk listening to your stomach growl and hoping the guy hits the road soon so you can have lunch alone.RedRover Thanks this. -
