I know this, I've driven them all, and I can say my favorite is my '99 379 EXHD ultra cab unibilt stand up sleeper. I'm 6'2" with 36" inseam, so I'm all legs. I like being able to stretch out while driving and stand up putting on my jeans. Had a '97 flat cab with stand up and always hit my darn head when I was tired. At 40, I'm all about comfort. The small opening on a 359 with a flat top, although looked good, I hated it. To be honest the ultra cab has grown on me. Also there is a conversion kit to make a flat top match the ultra cab. Also mine is a double bunk, which is great for storing the microwave, printer/scanner, coffee pot, etc. it's like a work station / desk.

rank and Bean Jr. Thank this.

This 'll probably get me banned from this thread, but I much prefer my w9 with the 86" sleeper over any Pete I ever had. Just sayin. :D

It's OK. The thread is about a t660, not a Pete.

Kw makes a nicer sleeper. No doubt about that. But from the cab forward, nothing looks better than a pete.

Creature comforts aside, ive driven T8, T6, T660, Sterling and nothing drives like my 359.
Ive driven a Aerocab mid roof and a high rise aerocab studio. They are nice no question but the Marmon stand up flat top bunk......Why didn't Pete think of that?

cnsper and Al. Roper Thank this.

Remember the flat top shakers with the dropped floor? You could stand, but they sure made you look the fool the first few days getting used to the drop.

The amount of problems that have come from Kevin Rutherford's BUSINESS PLAN of SELLING truck drivers his customers products and selling his mediocre at best business advice are worse than most people think. What on earth would compel someone to spend over $200,000 on something that you could do for $0. Someone who's business is to sell products to truck drivers that's who.
