Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

Can you blame him? Half of it is usually rumor, and another 1/4 is just banter.

Omni is OUT OF BUSINESS...CLOSED...
SIMPLEX AND OR P2 LEASING were leased from Aaron Tennat to Tom Witt and Witt was not paying Aaron for the lease of the trucks...Owing +/- 2 million and that is why Tom Whitt filled for Chapter 11 BUT with the business shutting down the Bankruptcy Court could change it mostly to a Chapter 7.
Our paycheck due June 2 WAS AND HAS NOT BEEN PAID for almost $1000 and have NEVER been late on our personal truck payment and now we will have another payment due June 30th... Vehicle insurance due June 26th...Rent... Utilities...Food
(My husband was a driver for Omni and this has been a freakin nightmare)

 

A complete nightmare. 3 weeks no pay = no bills being paid. Omni has screwed my family royally.

Why don't everybody try to get together and get attorney and file a class action suit on Thomas witt since it's quite obvious he has a track record of pulling stunts like this

My husband and I completely agree with a class action suit but the difficulty is getting in contact with ALL employees affected and being able to pay a lawyer.
Anybody who knows of a good lawyer willing to take this case would be a
BIG HELP
