Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

First of all my husband and I are not seeking legal help YET
As far as the paperwork I attached it is from Central Illinois Bankruptcy Court and in very fine print it says to
1. Seek Attorneys Advice
2. Fill out a Proof of Claim form and Employees that do this become creditors also.
Bankruptcy Court is trying to let Employees know that they have this option... Not just that they got a (Notification) that Omni filled for Bankruptcy

 

And the remaining 24% is total B.S., leaving 1% for THE TRUTH.

 

because of the illegal activities apparently this guy is done causing the fall of this company the employees should be able to get their money just like they did with arrow... the bankruptcy court and the arrow case made it to where all the employees got their money before everybody else did

 

The highest owed creditor will get the most. When the dust settles so to speak
The courts administration over the money will send out the funds.
You may or may not get your full wages
Each state varies in their bankruptcy laws from my understanding.
Got caught up in this kinda mess many moons ago. I do hope all get new jobs and whatever funds they are owed, even if it's a small portion.

 

Your exactly right and that is what I keep trying to get across on here.
EMPLOYEES have to respond to the notice of OMNI's Bankruptcy and file "Proff of Claim" as shown on my past attachment. And the employees becomes creditors

 

So people can't read or understand proper English. lol

 

If drivers don't try they would never know what could have been.
