WiseOne's Comments, I don't think the seller realizes that NOW it will hurt his sales bad since he is all over the news and looks petty by suing a customer. Some people are weird man. That is the whole point of the feedback system, isn't it?

The purpose of a feedback system is for good or bad comments.

It's just to easy to sue someone.

I like this comment... This is perfect example of why we have so many frivolous lawsuits... Nobody is taking responsibility in their actions or their part in it..

This looks like it is not the first time he has had negative feedback... I also see many neutral feedback comments as well.. He probably was able to convince these people by threating legal action to change their comments... He needs to be put out of business...

Here take a look at his ebay page... He seems to be a person who tends to mislead people of the products condition...

Yes this is in the UK

I think you're right, Truckerjo. I'll bet he uses intimidation to keep his negative feedback to a minimum. The problem is; one gets very little help from ebay.

:biggrin_25510: he has 98.7% positive feedback why would he even think of suing someone?

I've got an Ebay account. Think I should leave him a nasty remark?

Oh well. It's not letting me do it until I verify by providing a credit card number. No thanks.

I sell on ebay part time, and ever since they changed ebay around so much it ruined the sales experience.

What I mean by this, they made selling harder; more costly than ever, and 1 negative can be so damaging you can pretty much close up shop if you are a low-volume seller :(

Well I think that the old mantra of "To the buyer beware" really applies on e-bay. I have never purchesed anything off e-bay and don't intend to. I have seen alot of stuff I would like to buy there but i like to check the stuff out for myself in person before parting with my hard earned cash. Maybe I'm old fashioned
