Boo on the wages and the schedule. Sorry to hear it was not a better paying gig. i get up at 4am to get started by 6am, that is early enough for anyone IMO, even though I get up early by nature, I am not thrilled with how early I start.

And yet you said in another thread $12 is plenty.
So which lie is it? Is $12 plenty, or is $15.50 not enough?

You were also told about the policy change either verbal or written. WTF you need a warning for? That was your warning. Rules is rules, you knew them, you broke them but somehow it's their fault or her fault. Don't tell me about cravings and addictions. I use chewing tobacco but follow the rules when needed.

YOU made the choice, YOU ####ed up and until you realize that you will be just another seat warmer.

You will find that power goes bye bye when you meet it with large weighty items.

It's intoxicating to meet good power, but it's also a skill to acquire to be able to get that big cow moving upgrade. One of my trainers gave me a hard time for years because I could not make a simple start on her Pete loaded at the Iron Ore Bridge crossing south and east of Harpers Ferry on the Potomac off US 15.

It would be many years before I truly learned what weight is and how tiny power goes bye bye. It's scary sometimes. When you feel that little bitty jake go away and she starts to gather momentum irrevocably like that on a final drop over the big climb out roller coaster.

I love it. I know you do too. Get ahold of this work with both hands. Learn everything. Learn some more. Engineeering has gotten quite... for lack of a better word withcy good with it's workarounds all the pesky problems with moving big stuff.

It's not for everyone. Some like myself crave that, we need that as much as a mother needs her baby. And when white sulphur springs looms in the glass and falls off your hood as you lumber over thetop.. better you than me whoo....

Agreed, but in Canada, with B trains or 6 axle trl, you can gross 139,700lb with no permit. What makes heavy haul, heavy haul is permitting that much weight on an axle or 2 less. Myself I run either a 10 axle lowboy setup or on 8 axles. I've been 185k on the 8 axle...thats about the most you can squeeze out.

So you chose to violate a health and safety policy at a food related plant just because you THOUGHT nobody else was around...and you're mad at the person who caught you violating that health and safety policy at a food plant for the plant firing you? Grow up.

Bingo @Pedigreed Bulldog. And he demands a high paying wage with limited schooling and a spotty work history simply because he used to work at a milk plant. I need to get one of these milk plant jobs apparently. Good thing I don't vape/smoke, I'll be rich!

And is 3 AM REALLY a problem?

Milk runs early in the day, if the sun aint up yet, you are just getting started, hup hup late already people and cows be waiting on you. Let's go. 3 AM should not be a issue here. Unless quitting that vaping or whatever made you all lethargic and unable to hop out of that bed.

I hate to be the one tossing popcorn here, but it's easier to get some common sense back into someone and motivate that person.

If you hate someone that much and spend so much energy and limited amount of you in burning in that hate, you need to let it go. In fact, contining to talk about that or express it over and over online or with people in person will trigger someone to talk to the Law about you and a possible threat. If someone can create a rumor about a ham sandwitch in Johnny's at Allentown being so bad, by the time it reaches the west coast, that Johnny's has turned into a murdering nest of vipers best avoided through rumors and talk.

Seriously, let it go. Find a way to take that hate out of your heart. It's just adding a stone after stone onto your heart and emotions. It's going to eat you alive. If I can do it and have done so early in my life, you can too. Literally let it go. A long time ago when I was a wee child I had a classmate who used to beat me pretty good on the bus. Eventually later in life I got big enough to return a life times worth of beatings in a glorious brief amount of time and it literally ended the problem for good. You reap what you sow. Just be careful to let it go. There has got to be many good things in your world that motivates you to enjoy life rather than to sit and sharpen swords for no good purpose.
