I currently own a truck and am leased to a company and terminal with 95% "go getters". I DO let the slackers know what they are doing to the rest of us.
Last year I serviced the HELL out of a new customer. It represented about $20K per year in MY POCKET averaged over all the driver's in my terminal. We don't have that account anymore, because one wilting Wilma couldn't keep his promise.
Are you getting into trucking to make a positive reputation and make bank, or are you getting into trucking to whine to mommy every night?miss elvee, Big Don and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
I run out to Kansas City and Wichita now and have found some really good steaks!
Texas was always good too!
